- Converting & Packaging Engineering:Support development of web-processing and equipment solutions, optimize packaging lines for efficiency, and assist with new equipment integration using tools like 3D modeling and mechatronics.
- Control Systems Engineering:Support automation systems, industrial networks, and robotics integration, contributing to digital manufacturing solutions and troubleshooting control issues.
- Manufacturing Project Support:Contribute to capital projects and new initiatives (e.g., capacity expansion, automation, cost savings) from concept to execution, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.

- Education:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
- Academic Standing:Anticipated graduation date betweenWinter 2027 and Spring 2029(rising Juniors/Seniors).
