Director of Software Services (Embedded Systems)

$175Kโ€“$200K + Bonus | Onsite / Hybrid

Seabrook, NH or South Hackensack, NJ

Broadstaff is partnered with a privately held wireless hardware manufacturer seeking a senior embedded software leader to replace a retiring director. This is a hands?on leadership role, not an IT?only position.

What Youโ€™ll Own
  • Embedded firmware & system?level software for RF / wireless products
  • Leadership of embedded, business applications, and IT teams
  • Oversight (not execution) of enterprise IT spend & infrastructure
  • Process improvement and delivery accountability across teams
Must Have
  • 10+ years embedded C/C++ experience (Linux, RTOS, bare metal)
  • Proven experience managing multiple technical teams
  • Strong protocol / system?level engineering background
  • Comfortable onsite 3+ days per week
Nice to Have
  • Wireless, RF, antenna, or telecom hardware experience
