Title – Software V&V Lead 

Looking for USCitizens or GC holders only as this is a Direct hire Full time role

NO C2C

Location – Rockford, Illinois (onsite only)

Experience – 10 years relevant years 

This is an ITAR position; hence need only US Citizens & Green Card Holders

Mandatory Skills:

 

  • Around 10 years experience in Building instrumentation, SCA (Structural Coverage Analysis) Build creation and Coverage analysis
  • Aerospace domain experience is mandatory
  • DO-178B and Embedded C/C++ or Integration testing or Verification and Validation or embedded systems
  • 6+ years experience in RTRT tool usage for SCA activities
  • Strong experience of Software Testing methodologies, including Black-box, White-box, and boundary value analysis.
  • 6+ years strong experience with DO-178B/C standards and their application in software verification processes
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in avionics systems (e.g., C, Ada)
  • Experience with software testing tools and frameworks for unit, integration SSIT and HSIT), and system level testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to clearly articulate test results and findings
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
  • Experience in working within a regulated environment with a focus on safety-critical systems
  • Experience on Configuration and change management activities using tools like Synergy CM/Change, Polarion/SVN
