As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Business Developer who is passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering measurable results. This role is more than selling landscape maintenance. It is an opportunity to expand our market presence, strengthen long-term client partnerships, and help write the next chapter of Embassy Landscape Group.

What This Role Is Built For

This role is built for someone who can create movement. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, starting new relationships, building a healthy pipeline, setting meetings, uncovering opportunities, and helping turn those opportunities into profitable work. You cannot sit around waiting for perfect leads. This seat is for someone who can hear "no," shake it off, and go find the next "yes."

What You Will Do

· Build and manage a pipeline of new commercial landscape maintenance prospects in the Greater Kansas City market.

· Prospect through calls, emails, networking, site visits, referrals, industry events, and professional hustle.

· Set new client meetings with property managers, facility managers, developers, commercial owners, general contractors, and other decision makers.

· Qualify opportunities to make sure the client, property, budget, expectations, and timeline are a strong fit for Embassy.

· Work with estimating, operations, account management, irrigation, enhancement, and design teams to create proposals that solve real client problems.

· Move deals forward by setting clear next steps, following up consistently, and keeping the pipeline clean.

· Represent Embassy’s standards: Trustworthy, Courteous, and Can-Do Attitude.
