Job description

In Room Dining Attendant 

The In-Room Dining Attendant at Embassy Suites Louisville East is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guest in their suites. this role ensures prompt, Courteous and professional service while maintaining Hiltons Standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest suites in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. 
  • Verify orders for accuracy before delivery
  • set up trays or tables in guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards. 
  • Provide friendly and personalized service 
  • collect payment and process transactions, when applicable 
  • remove used trays, dishes and carts for guest room and hallways. 
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining service area and equipment 
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • coordinate with kitchen, front desk and other hotel department to ensure efficient service 
  • respond to guest request and resolve service issues promptly and professionally 
  • assist with banquet or restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • previous food service and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced environment 
  • ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30-50lbs
