The lounge is where guests unwind after a long day - and a great bartender is what makes it worth stopping in. As our Lounge Bartender, you'll craft cocktails, pour wine, keep the bar looking sharp, and bring the kind of warm, knowledgeable presence that turns a one-time guest into a regular. You'll handle your compliance with confidence, manage your bar setup with care, and make every person who sits down feel genuinely welcomed. If you love bartending in a lounge setting and take hospitality seriously, we'd love to talk.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Mix ingredients including liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Serve wine and draught or bottled beer to lounge guests.
  • Collect payment for drinks served; make accurate change and process transactions.
  • Order and requisition liquors and bar supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Arrange bottled goods and glassware to create an attractive and organized bar display.
  • Slice and pit fruit for drink garnishes as needed.
  • Prepare bar snacks and appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing beverage service.


SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING

  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and beer service; ability to follow standard recipes with consistency.
  • Basic math skills to total costs, process transactions, and make accurate change.
  • Ability to provide guests with knowledgeable information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, dishes, money, and bar merchandise quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and bar supplies as needed.


SCHEDULE & HOURS

This position is [full-time, part-time, on-call], with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
