Embassy Suites is currently seeking a Steward to join our growing restaurant team!
As a Steward, you will be responsible for the cleaning of china, glassware, silverware, and food prep items while maintaining sanitization standards.

Responsibilities
  • Adheres to food sanitation standards, including storage of kitchen equipment and cleanliness of the food prep area
  • Ensures kitchen, restaurant, and group events have the proper amount of daily requested supplies and equipment
  • Complies with safety requirements
  • Understand how to gauge and check the temperature of the dishwasher/dishmachine
  • Keeping areas clean in the surrounding dish area and sweeps and mops floors in consistent intervals

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs
