Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Develop, manage, and execute LINE Partners' overall marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
  • Maintain a consistent LINE Partners brand, voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and position LINE Partners within the Lincoln and greater Nebraska commercial real estate market.
  • Develop marketing strategies that support brokerage, property management, maintenance, recruiting, company culture, and business development.
  • Bring new ideas forward rather than waiting for marketing requests or direction.
  • Track marketing performance and recommend adjustments based on engagement, results, and business priorities.
Social Media Strategy & Content
  • Own LINE Partners' social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and manage an ongoing social media content strategy and calendar.
  • Create engaging content highlighting properties, transactions, employees, company culture, clients, community involvement, industry knowledge, and LINE Partners' services.
  • Write, design, schedule, and publish social media posts.

Event Marketing & Company Initiatives
  • Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of client, employee, community, and company events.
  • Develop event branding, invitations, promotional materials, social content, signage, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, photography, promotional items, and other event details as needed.
  • Help create memorable experiences that strengthen the LINE Partners brand with employees, clients, and the community.

Event planning and event marketing experience is a plus.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating social media content from concept through publication.
  • Experience developing flyers, brochures, digital graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfortable working with photography, video, and short-form social content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Commercial real estate, real estate, professional services, or B2B marketing experience is a plus.
