Job Title: Voice, Email & Chat Support (Night Shift) Remote

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

Shift: Night Shift

Location: Remote (India)

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via voice calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and efficient service.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools.
