An email address is a unique identifier used to send and receive electronic messages over the internet. It typically consists of a username, the '@' symbol, and a domain name (for example, username@example.com). Email addresses are essential for communication in both personal and professional settings, allowing users to exchange messages, files, and other information quickly and securely. They are required for creating accounts on most online platforms and for accessing a wide range of digital services.

To thrive as an Email Marketing Specialist, you need expertise in digital marketing principles, audience segmentation, and content creation, typically supported by a degree in marketing or communications. Job description

Position Type:
Clackamas County Substitute/Renewed license with NEW employer(s)
Date Posted:
7/1/2014
REGISTERING RENEWED LICENSE WITH NEW EMPLOYERS
Choose this Registration Type ONLY if you
  • have previously registered with Clackamas ESD, either with paper forms (you probably got a "yellow card") or through the online Substitute Registry, and
  • you have RENEWED your license since you last registered with us (your registration is good for the life of your TSPC license -- no need to re-register every year)
  • and you have begun working with a NEW educational employer since you last registered with us.

What would count as a "NEW educational employer"?
  1. You didn't work for this employer before you last registered with us and...
  2. you worked with K-12 students...
  3. in either a classified or certified/licensed position...
  4. and it was a paid position, not volunteer work.

If you have NOT added an employer as defined above, please select the Registration Type called "Renewed License, NO New Employers" from the list on the left side of your screen.
HOW TO ACCESS YOUR EXISTING REGISTRATION ACCOUNT
Do not create a new account without following these steps to locate your existing account.

  • Click the orange "Register" button in the upper right corner of this announcement. Then click on the key icon or the words "LOGIN to existing account".
  • If you registered online with us before, enter the email address you used when you registered. Then either use the password you remember or use the "Forgot Password" link. Follow the steps as presented to you.
  • If you registered with us using paper forms, enter the email address you used when you registered, and click the "Forgot Password" link. You will be emailed a temporary password.
    • If using that password is successful, follow the steps as presented to you. Minimal data was imported from our old database, and you will need to enter or update everything else.
    • If you receive a red alert message saying "Invalid email address or password": re-enter your email address, but add cesd to the front of it. For example, if your email address is 2teach@xmail.com, type in cesd2teach@xmail.com. Your password is your birth month, spelled out, with the first letter capitalized. We've set all the secret questions to "favorite color", and everyone's is green. You MUST delete the "cesd" from your email address once you log in, and you may also change the password and secret question/answer. Follow the steps as presented to you.
    • If you receive a another red alert message saying "Invalid email address or password": your account may be one that was not transferred or is inaccessible due to technical issues. In this case, you WILL create a new account. Continue with this Registration Type by using the "START begin the process" button.
  • If you are alerted that your email address is "not available" when you try to change it, CONTACT US at 503-675-4067 or hrsub@clackesd.k12.or.us.
TO PROCEED, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING
    • A list of educational employers you BEGAN working with SINCE you last registered with us
    • Referring ONLY to your list of "NEW" employers: an email address for the human resources/personnel department at the three most recent employers on that list. A list of emails for select Oregon school districts is provided for your convenience. You can access this list on the page where the email addresses are required.
    • Reasonable documentation of your TSPC licensure. This may be a copy of your actual Oregon teaching license, or adequate screenshot from your TSPC account, or email from TSPC (as long as your license is described, not just a general notice that it was issued). You will need either the certificate/license number of the license you are registering or your TSPC account number. Either is fine. If your license is in a renewal grace period, ?the documentation needs to indicate that status and the end date. Come back and register your renewed license when you receive it, using the appropriate registration type.

ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED...
Within ten business days, your registration will be reviewed. If it is approved, you will be emailed proof of registration, which you will need to provide to the school districts with which you are currently employed or with which you intend to apply. If it is not approved as submitted, we will contact you, most likely by email.
