What You’ll Do

As a Lifeguard at Elmcrest, you’ll do more than monitor the pool — you’ll help create a safe and enjoyable experience for our members and their guests.

  • Actively supervise pool areas to ensure swimmer safety
  • Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies
  • Provide first aid and CPR/AED when needed
  • Enforce pool rules professionally and consistently
  • Perform routine safety checks of pool and rescue equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool deck
  • Deliver friendly, member-focused service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification
  • Strong swimming and rescue skills
  • Ability to stay alert and proactive
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Previous lifeguarding experience preferred (but not required for strong candidates)
