Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Pharmaceutical Project Manager (P4) to provide strategic and operational drug development leadership across the Research and Development (R&D) portfolio. Drive the integration of drug development goals and strategies across all business functions. Translate drug development strategies into execution to support delivery of medicines to patients. Develop and implement team communication plans. Drive communication of key decisions and results to stakeholders. Coordinate with established project management, risk management, and business intelligence teams to identify, share, and incorporate best practices into future processes. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field, and 4 years of academic or employment experience with conducting strategic research and planning for drug development projects. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with applying project management tools and processes to develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and timelines; 3 years of experience with supporting clinical drug development activities and integrated planning; 3 years of experience with coordinating regulatory submissions and risk-management practices; and 3 years of experience with communicating project status and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Up to 15% domestic and international travel is required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$92,144.00 - $152,532.00 per year
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
