The Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist with 2-3 years of agency experience to manage paid search, paid social, and display campaigns across multiple healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.
This role is well suited for someone who has built a strong foundation at a larger agency and is ready for greater ownership, more direct client exposure, and a broader role in campaign strategy. You will manage campaigns from planning through reporting, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and communicate directly with clients.
What You'll Do

  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and search-behavior research.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, bids, targeting, creative performance, and campaign goals.
  • Analyze campaign and website data to explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what to do next.
  • Create performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Present campaign performance and strategy directly to clients.
  • Implement and validate pixels, tags, conversion events, UTMs, and audience tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, publishers, and data providers.
  • Support quality assurance and review processes for regulated-industry campaigns.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably at an agency.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with display, programmatic, or publisher-direct advertising.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and digital campaign measurement.
  • Experience implementing or validating conversion tracking and audience tags.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple accounts and communicating directly with clients.

Nice to Have
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, or Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Why Join IE
