Assembler Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 19.00 to $ 19.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of engines and various sub-assemblies, performing critical machining operations, and conducting thorough pressure checks. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets.

Perform accurate engine assembly and sub-assembly builds according to detailed specifications and quality standards. Conduct pressure checks on assembled components to ensure functional integrity. Actively collaborate within a team performance cell to achieve established targets for safety, quality (Right First Time & BIS/ELF), delivery, downtime reduction, Work-In-Progress (WIP) management, and managed expenses. Demonstrate operating flexibility and willingness to accept any work functionality assigned within the unit, adapting to evolving production needs.

Assembler Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in assembly processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shift
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocols
  • Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
  • Adaptability to changing work assignments and production demands
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
