SWFL Elevator is a growing elevator service company looking for an experienced Elevator Service Mechanic with experience in Modernization not just route experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanic. Strong skills in Elevator Maintenance, including routine inspections, servicing, and modernization of elevator systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards for elevator installation and modernization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site.
- Ability to follow established safety, maintenance and/or testing procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites within Lee and Collier County.
- CET is strongly preferred.
