You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, all focused on delivering comprehensive care. We value work-life balance and provide a flexible work schedule that includes some evening and weekend hours to best accommodate our clients' needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather necessary information regarding clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals and interventions in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during high-stress situations.
• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups, providing clients with valuable resources and community connections.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are critical for effective client interaction.

• Experience working with a broad range of mental health issues in either individual or group settings.
• Prior experience in a hospice or palliative care environment is a plus, as it will enrich your understanding of end-of-life issues.
