This role allows for a flexible working arrangement, enabling you to work remotely and manage your schedule effectively. While primarily a remote position, you will engage in collaborative team meetings through video conferencing platforms and participate in occasional in-person training or team-building events to foster a cohesive work atmosphere. Evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate clients' schedules and ensure comprehensive care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, challenges, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions designed to address specific client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.
• Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessment during emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that encourage community and peer connection.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including those from different cultural backgrounds, may enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems will be advantageous for maintaining client documentation and treatment plans.
• Prior experience facilitating group therapies or psychoeducation workshops is favorable.
