Responsible for supporting new and renewal business in partnership with strategic sales and account associates.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides general administrative support to the sales teams.

  • Gathers, scrubs, inputs, and tracks sales data to ensure it is complete and accurate.

  • Generates reports for brokers, clients and sales teams.

  • Engages and fosters relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Completes projects as requested by the sales teams.

  • Coordinates with proposal units on request for proposal (“RFP”) responses to brokers and groups and maintains various system updates for proposal and sales activity.

  • Researches and resolves routine sales, claims, and benefit issues.

Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma and minimum 2 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Data Entry, Microsoft Office, Quick Learner, document review for completeness and accuracy, experience

    working on multiple screens in multiple programs

Job Type: Contract opportunity.

Additional Details:

  • 100% remote.

  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM(Monday – Friday). Candidates in other time zones may work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM local time after training is completed.

  • No overtime is expected for this position.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
