What's In It for You
  • $50 - $75/hr. of service, which includes tips and enhancement commission
  • 2025 Full time MT's total annual compensation $80,000+
  • 40% commission on session enhancements - hot stone, cupping, aroma, etc.
  • We cover 50% of healthcare premiums
  • Monthly MT Self-Care 90-minute session
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Retirement / 401(k) with employer match
