Job description

Position: ElementaryTeachers
Responsibilities:
Classroom teachers for elementary grades.
All PCS employees are expected to fully engage in the stated mission of the school, "In partnership with the home and church, Portland Christian Schools equips the next generation to grow in faith, excel in learning, and impact the world for Christ."
Must be willing to sign the PCS Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement. A background check will be run after a preliminary offer of employment is made.
Work Week and Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Occaisional evenings may be required
This is a full time position (40 hr/week)
Contract Term:
2026-27 Academic year
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Current State Teaching License required
ACSI certification (Temporary required within 30 days of employment)
Salary:
$43,903 - $50,353 annually commensurate with education, experience, and credentials
