Saints Peter and Paul Catholic STEM School is currently seeking to fill a part-time Elementary Teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualified candidates must be practicing Catholics who are passionate about sharing the faith with young students through living active lifestyles for Christ. Candidates should have a teaching license or similar qualifications. Candidates must pass a background check and attend Safe Environment training as well as Catholic Worldview seminars that are required of all teachers in the Archdiocese of Denver Catholic Schools. Qualifications:

Candidates must:

Be an experienced educator in all subject areas that supports and understands the Catholic school mission

Be willing to be a member of a collaborative team of teachers

Teach and support the educational goals and objectives of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic STEM School and the mission of the Catholic Church;

Plan and deliver daily lessons in concert with the elementary teaching standards and benchmarks established by the Archdiocese of Denver;

Provide classroom instruction and activities that reflect the Catholic intellectual tradition and knowledge of 21st century best practices in education;

Demonstrate positive classroom management skills and strategies; and

Communicate effectively with students, parents, peer educators, and administrators


These are essential requirements for this role:

Applicants must be a Catholic in good standing;

Applicants must have a teaching license or certificate that is valid in Colorado; or be willing to complete an archdiocesan teacher formation program


Salary Description: Based on qualifications and Jeffco pay scale.
