We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Power Electronics Reliability Test Engineer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and executing rigorous testing and validation plans to ensure the highest standards of reliability in real-world operating conditions. Your work will directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Accelerated Lifetime Modeling: Develop and execute experiments to determine semiconductor accelerated lifetime models.
  • Qualification Testing: Design test methods, circuits, and software for device qualification, including switching accelerated lifetime tests. Innovate new qualification approaches.
  • Experience with extrinsic reliability: Understand of how wafer defectivity can impact reliability and development of methodology using optical inspection and electrical testing to reduce their impact.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Power Electronics.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in reliability testing in Power Electronics.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of compound semiconductor physics.
    • Apply statistical modeling using Python, R, ReliaSoft or other programs.
    • Familiarity with basic wafer fabrication processes and how those process can impact device reliability
    • Extensive experience in hardware debugging and troubleshooting complex test circuits.

Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $100K-$120K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
