Job description

We're hiring a Customer Support Technician for a solar tracker and racking systems manufacturer, based in Phoenix.


You'll get hands-on with tracker control systems, grounding and bonding, and power distribution, working directly with the engineering, business development, and customer teams to keep solar sites performing.


The role:

Troubleshoot electronic systems for customers and field service teams, support controller validation testing, and build training materials for operations and field engineers. You'll monitor customer site uptime, work with suppliers on specification and performance issues, and help test new tracker features. The role runs roughly 50% field travel to customer sites and the rest on site.


What you'll bring:

  • Associate's degree in electronics technology or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of industrial experience testing and troubleshooting electronic systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently


Nice to have (bonus, not required):

  • Knowledge of solar tracking systems
  • Experience with component specification
