Retail Experience Manager Multi-Store Operations | Customer Experience | Sales Leadership

Our client is a leading consumer retail organization recognized for delivering world-class customer experiences through innovation, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership.

With a strong footprint across the U.S. market, the company is looking to strengthen its retail leadership structure by bringing in a high-impact Retail Experience Manager to drive performance, customer engagement, and operational consistency across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail operations.
  • Strong multi-unit retail management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer experience and sales performance.
  • Experience managing P&L, operational expenses and revenue performance.
  • Background in consumer electronics, retail or high-volume customer environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities.
  • Experience leading customer-centric transformation initiatives.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred.
