Electronics Repair Technician

CBE, Inc., headquartered in Montgomery, AL and one of the nation's largest distributors of convenience store point of sale and video surveillance systems is expanding and seeking a Bench Technician at our facility in Camp Hill, AL located on Hwy 280. This is a full time position with benefits.
Job Description
· Evaluate and repair CBE-supported products including PCs and peripherals, point of sale, closed circuit TV, networking, and other equipment.
· Follows weekly repair schedule and time expectations per unit type of equipment being repaired.
· Diagnoses and repairs/tests equipment per the repair schedule and service procedures.
· Meets or exceeds the average repair time objectives by equipment type.
Job Requirements
· Possess an understanding of a service-oriented organization and understand the requirement of emphasis on quality work and customer satisfaction.
· Possess basic computer knowledge (specifically MS Windows).
· Possess basic electrical knowledge.
