Light Industrial - Electronics Technician
Location: Oldsmar, FL, 34677 - United States
About the Role
Join a high-performance team as a Light Industrial - Electronics Technician, where you will play a vital role in testing, troubleshooting, and assembling electronic circuit card assemblies and RF circuits. Work hands-on with advanced technology in a dynamic production environment, supporting customer schedules and contributing to cutting-edge product quality. Responsibilities
- Set up and conduct tests on electronic assemblies, RF circuits, and subassemblies according to established procedures and specifications
- Adjust, calibrate, and assemble electronic systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions at the component level using schematic diagrams
- Operate hand tools, small power tools, and advanced testing and measurement devices
- Analyze test results, recommend product and process improvements, and approve modifications to testing equipment
- Assist engineers in developing new test procedures and support ongoing product development
- Monitor and verify product quality using statistical process controls
- Document maintenance actions accurately using Microsoft Suite and data collection software
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience testing electronic assemblies
- Proficient in component-level troubleshooting of solid-state and digital circuits
- Skilled in using Digital Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, frequency standards, and signal generators
- Experience with flying probe and high power testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite for documentation
