Orbel is seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to drive customer satisfaction, assist in revenue growth, and coordinate internal sales processes from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Account Growth: Support revenue development by winning new business, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions that align with profitability goals while growing accounts.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central liaison between internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Production, Finance) and external partners (Outside Sales, Distributors) to share timely information and keep the sales process moving efficiently.
  • Full-Cycle Account Management: Manage the entire customer transaction workflow, including quoting, order entry, shipment monitoring, returns, and proactive issue resolution, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship & Product Advocacy: Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, advocating for their needs internally and communicating feedback to team members to assist in customer service.
  • Data & Administrative Ownership: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across CRM, ERP, and SharePoint systems; prepare performance reports, support accounts receivable efforts, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.


Experience & Technology Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and either Teams, Slack, or Zoom
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, using proper grammar and spelling
  • Overall technology proficiency and the ability to learn new software or pick up new tech skills reasonably fast
