Job description

The Electrical Engineer - RF I is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the design 
and development of broadcast antenna and RF filter systems. Under the supervision of the 
Director of Electrical Engineering, this position will work closely with senior engineers to 
create designs, perform technical analyses, and contribute to product documentation. 
This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in RF engineering while 
collaborating across departments to support company objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in designing and developing new RF products using HFSS, Solid Edge, and proprietary software. 
  • Perform technical analysis, calculations, and testing to validate designs. 
  • Support the creation of product documentation, including cost estimates and engineering change orders. 
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians to test and refine RF products. 
  • Adapt to changing project scope and priorities as needed.

 Essential Qualifications: 

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering (RF/Antenna Engineering is a plus). 
  • 0-3 years of experience in RF-related fields (broadcast, wireless, etc.). 
  • Basic knowledge of RF theory, particularly in filter/combiner design and RF components. 
  • Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers, etc.). 
  • Exposure to ANSYS Electronics Desktop, Mathematica, and Oracle MRP is a plus. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team. 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

The base salary compensation range for this role is $63,000 to $80,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
