Field Sales Representative

Electronic Component Sales Inc. (ECS)

Territory: Western Washington

Location: Hybrid / Remote


Position Summary


Electronic Component Sales Inc. (ECS) is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to support OEM Customers, Distributors, and Contract Manufacturers throughout Western Washington.

This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting design activity, and growing revenue for a portfolio of leading electronic component manufacturers.


What You'll Do


  • Manage and grow a territory of OEM & distribution accounts.
  • Build relationships with engineering, purchasing and supply chain.
  • Identify and develop new design and production opportunities.
  • Support customer requests including samples, quotes, forecasting, and technical solutions.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain sales pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Travel throughout the territory to support customer meetings and industry events.


Qualifications


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer support preferred but not required
  • Interest in electronics, technology, or electronic components
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Basic understanding of a circuit board/electronic design preferred or willingness to learn
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce or other sales tracking systems is a plus

Base Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00


Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, and skills. The proportion of base salary and target incentive compensation (if applicable) will be established during the offer process.
