The Opportunity

Are you a veteran industrial electrician looking for a position that balances technical

variety with corporate stability? We are seeking a high-caliber, self-motivated Industrial

Service Electrician to join our elite corporate construction and facilities crew. Operating out

of our regional headquarters, you will pilot a fully equipped company service truck to

provide critical, high-impact technical support across our local manufacturing ecosystem.

Because our entire footprint is strictly regional, this role requires zero overnight travel,

giving you the dynamic workflow of a field technician with the privilege of being home every

single evening.

If you are a proactive trade professional who takes pride in code-compliant mastery,

precise blueprint execution, and unmatched troubleshooting capabilities, we invite you to

build a career with our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

 Execute High-Level Upgrades: Install, modify, and commission complex industrial electrical

systems and control mechanisms on automated manufacturing equipment.

 Analyze Implement: Decipher architectural blueprints, complex wiring schematics, and

layouts to lay out systems, size wires/conduits, and manage protection parameters for

AC/DC circuits.

 Lead Field Troubleshooting: Deploy advanced test equipment to quickly diagnose

anomalies, eliminate system bottlenecks, and minimize plant downtime during system

faults.

 Ensure Code Excellence: Fabricate and route code-compliant conduit lines (up to 2 inches)

and arrange distribution components in strict accordance with the National Electrical

Code (NEC).

 Champion Workplace Safety: Act as an onsite advocate for strict safety standards,

executing precise Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and maintaining zero-incident

workspaces.

Qualifications We Look For

 6+ Years of Journey-Level Experience in an industrial maintenance, plant engineering,

or heavy commercial electrical construction setting (or equivalent trade

education/apprenticeship).

 Mastery of trade math formulas, NEC code application, and material optimization

configurations.

 Full physical capability to work at elevated heights (ladders, scaffolds, roofs) and

operate aerial lifts, boom trucks, and forklifts safely.

 Strong technological competency with personal computers for engineering support,

parts provisioning, and digital work order management.

 High adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environments (including

hot, cold, and dirty environments).

 Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history (required for operating fleet utility

vehicle).

Preferred Credentials

 An active state or local Journeyman Electrician License.

 Specialty experience in Custom Control Panel Fabrication or High-Voltage (12,470V)

Distribution systems.

Why Join Our Team?

 True Work-Life Balance: No long-distance or overnight travel. Variety in your daily work

with a local commute.

 Unmatched Stability: Backed by a premier corporate entity with an established, multi-

million dollar local manufacturing presence.

 medical, dental, and vision insurance, an exceptional
