About the Role:
Limitless Electric LLC is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Residential Electrical Consultant to join our growing team in Windsor, CT. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your electrical expertise with a customer-facing role, helping homeowners find the best solutions for their electrical needs. If you're passionate about the trade and love building relationships, we want to hear from you!
The Residential Electrical Consultant serves as the face of Limitless Electric by meeting with homeowners, understanding their goals, providing professional recommendations and detailed estimates, closing projects, and completing select residential service work while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess residential electrical needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals to homeowners
  • Collaborate with electricians and project managers to ensure seamless project handoffs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
  • Stay current on local electrical codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Connecticut
  • Identify upsell opportunities such as panel upgrades, EV charger installations, and smart home electrical systems
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and meet revenue targets
Requirements:
  • Background in residential electrical work, estimating, or a related trade field
