Project Duration: Minimum 3 Months to 1 year

Location: County Road 1000 N & 300 W, Jasper County, Indiana 46392, United States

Position 1: Medium-Voltage Cable Experts (03 Openings)


Overview:

We are seeking three (3) experienced Electricians with a strong background in medium-voltage systems for an active solar park project in Wheatfield, Indiana. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in creating medium-voltage cable terminals, splices, and insulated cable connections in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete terminations and splices on medium-voltage cables.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of insulated cable connections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and technical schematics.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and project engineers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installation and testing procedures.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solar park electrical installation or similar industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to perform medium-voltage terminations and splices safely and effectively.
  • Preferred certification: M3 (or equivalent medium-voltage certification).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with laying low- and medium-voltage power cables throughout the solar site.
  • Support senior electricians and specialists during terminations and splicing operations.
  • Follow site safety practices and adhere to all project protocols.
  • Operate hand tools and cable pulling equipment as needed.
  • Perform basic inspections and testing under the supervision of licensed electricians.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of electrical installation experience, preferably in solar, residential, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with cable handling, trenching practices, and conduit systems.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
