As a Maintenance Electrician your role is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our production facilities. This vital role involves performing eletrical work on ppant machines, power cabinets, eletrical diagnosis, reading eletrical schematics, electrical wiring, preventive, wiring sub cabinets, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities across our two plants. By maintaining high standards of precision and reliability in our CNC machinery, injection molding equipment, and power controls cabinets, the Maintenance Electrician supports the production of high-quality parts, installations, and contributing to our overall success and commitment to excellence.

  • Effective Problem-Solving: By reviewing all maintenance work requests and diagnosing complex problems, you will address and fix issues promptly, preventing extended equipment downtime and ensuring production continuity.
  • Communication and Coordination: You will have effective communication with supervisors on priorities ensures that the most critical equipment gets attention first. Collaborating with other team members and external experts will enhance the quality of repairs and maintenance.

What you should be good at
  • Experience and Expertise: Minimum of five years of experience in electricians maintenance and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machine issues using input from operators, technical manuals, electrical schematics, and alarm codes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC logic, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Skilled in CNC equipment repair and maintenance. Ability to read electrical voltage, resistance, and amperage with a meter. Proficient in sheet metal fabrication and welding. Knowledge in machine alignment..
  • Machining Background: Familiarity with machining processes and tools is a plus.
  • Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and proficient in using measuring instruments like calipers, indicators, micrometers, and plug gauges.
