Insight Global's client is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. We are currently seeking Licensed Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems for various projects in the solar installation process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Complete projects within established policies and procedures
  • Complete projects within time frames and budgets
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety
  • Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment
  • MSP Rebuilds & Upgrades
  • Responsible for the groundwork of a solar installation which includes the connection to the MSP
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Solar or relevant experience is preferred

Driving Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
