KES has been family owned for 30+ years and it is growing at a very fast rate. We are looking for an apprentice electrician with residential experience in their 2nd to 4th Year. Our team at KES is looking for new members to join the family and to contribute to the growth of our company. Job Duties:

  • Works with licensed electrician to perform repairs and replacement of all residential electrical installations
  • Perform all work consistent with current national, state and electrical codes as applicable
  • Perform all work in a quality and timely fashion under the direct guidance of a licensed electrician
  • Assist the electrician while learning the correct installation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain perpetual inventory of electrical supplies and tools in company vehicle
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with business clients and fellow workers to meet or exceed our expected customer service commitment
  • Instruct, train and direct less experienced employees such as newer apprentices. If you are unsure, direct questions to licensed electrician
  • Accept and request increasing levels of responsibility
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Maintaining cleanliness of job-site
  • Maintaining organization of work truck

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of 75 or more hours of accredited school program required
  • 6 months or more of residential electrical work experience required
  • Good understanding of NEC code
