Job description

About the Role:
Integra Electrical is looking for a motivated Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team in Indianola, IA! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade hands-on alongside experienced electricians while building a rewarding and long-lasting career in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Pull wire, conduit bending, and support rough-in and finish electrical work
  • Install outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures under supervision
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
  • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
  • Follow all NEC codes, safety protocols, and company procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Pass a drug and background check
  • Willingness to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in various physical conditions including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
