Summary of the Role

As a Journeyman Electrician supporting our Construction Services/Energy business unit, you will play a critical part in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems for energy projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative infrastructure that drives sustainability and powers communities.


Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for energy-related projects including renewable and traditional sources.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues using industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and apprentices to ensure timely project completion.
  • Perform system testing and quality checks to ensure installations meet compliance standards.
  • Mentor and guide apprentice(s), sharing knowledge of techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.


Work Location

This is a field role based out of our Ontario, CA, however, we are open to remote employees if you are based in CA and candidates based in Northern, CA.
