Job Overview

1. Formulate and improve preventive maintenance plans for electrical aspects of workshop equipment, and propose maintenance improvement work plans for equipment stability;

2. Diagnose, restore and improve issues related to PLC, motor, sensor, line, robot, frequency converter, servo and other electrical systems of workshop equipment, and share best practice with others;

3. Diagnosis, recover and improve issues in computer systems such as system software, application software and computer hardware of workshop equipment, and share best practice with others;

4. Diagnosis, recover and improve issues in visual systems such as visual circuits, CCD and software of workshop equipment, and share best practice with others;

5. Manage the spare parts inventory for electrical, computer, and vision systems of workshop equipment, effectively reducing costs and improving utliziation rates;

6.Develop and review electrical skills upgrading plan, training courses and training work of technicians and engineers;

7. Oversee the safety management of workshop equipment, diagnosing, restoring, and improving safety issues.;

8. Conduct electrical debugging and verification during exchange, solve electrical work challenges, propose and implement measures to improve exchange efficiency;

9. Implement full maintenance practices and complete other tasks assigned by leadership.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in fields such as electronic information, electrical instrumentation, automation, electrical engineering, measurement and control, mechatronics, electronic information, computer information technology or visual technology
  2. 6-8 years relevant professional working experience
  3. Have good professional basic knowledge of electricity, software, vision, robotics, etc.;
  4. Have the ability of electrical drawing recognition and drawing, and be able to read electrical wiring diagrams and electrical schematic diagrams and draw electrical drawings;
  5. Have electrical (Siemens or Omron PLC programming skills, robot programming, servo debugging), visual system integration and software development, computer software development, one of the three types of skills;
  6. Familiar with the working principle of electrical (PLC, servo, robot) system, computer system and vision system;
  7. Familiar with the equipment principle of the process;
  8. Be able to skillfully handle the problems of low-voltage circuits, signal lines, electrical components, frequency converters and servos, AC motors and robots;
  9. Be able to deal with computer hardware and software, visual hardware and software problems and replace standard parts;
  10. Be able to complete the electrical maintenance work plan of process equipment;
  11. Be able to lead employees to complete the electrical maintenance of process equipment;
  12. Be able to lead visual system problem analysis, improvement plan and field implementation;
  13. Be able to lead computer software and hardware problem analysis, improvement plan and field implementation;
  14. Have good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  15. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.
  16. Able to work in two shifts


Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
