Description:
Bryant Electric is actively seeking Electrical Helpers to join our growing team in and around the Palm Beach County region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the electrical trade while working alongside experienced electricians on commercial and industrial projects.
Pay: $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Help install electrical raceways, conduit, cable trays, wiring, and related components
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the direction of experienced electricians
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Support project teams in completing work efficiently and on schedule
  • Adhere to quality standards and project specifications

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of 1 year of electrical construction experience
  • Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation methods
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work safely in a construction environment
  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various construction environments
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
