Job description

Position Description

The Line Wirer is responsible for wiring electrical components and control panels for chillers used in Data Centers. This role ensures all wiring is installed according to engineering schematics, quality standards, and safety regulations to support the efficient operations of our cooling systems.

Shift- 3rd Shift 10pm-6am

Rate: $24.23/hour after 9 month the pay rate will increase to $26.92

Shift Diff 3rd  is $1.50


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, route, and connect panels, motors, sensors, and other system components.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and work instructions,
  • Perform wiring terminations including crimping, stripping and soldering as required.
  • Inspect and test electrical connections for accuracy, functionality, and safety compliance.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of electrical components and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company manufacturing standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as multimeters.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions and report any equipment malfunctions of wiring issues to the maintenance team.
  • Work closely with production team members, engineers, and supervisors to meet daily manufacturing targets.
  • Communication effectively regarding material needs, work progress, and potential issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in electrical wiring, panel assembly, or a similar manufacturing role.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Skills in using hand tools and power tools for electrical installations.
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
