Travis Electrical Service is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial and industrial projects. This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows how to get a job done safely, efficiently, and the right way.


What Youll Do:
Lead crews on commercial job sites from start to finish
Plan, organize, and execute electrical installations
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate materials, manpower, and workflow
Ensure work is completed safely and up to code
Train and mentor apprentices and electricians
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite


What Were Looking For:
Journeyman-level experience with strong leadership ability
Proven experience running or assisting in running jobs
Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety
Ability to read plans and manage work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership, leads by example, and holds the standard
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
