D2B Groups is currently searching for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service team and enhance our client's service operations. This is a crucial role within our organization that requires an individual with a strong background in electrical services, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring they have the training and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Service Operations: Oversee all service-related activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and managing work orders efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all electrical service work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service operations.
  • Bids and Proposals: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for electrical service contracts and projects.

Requirements

  • Expeirnece as an Electrician is required
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical service management or a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid electrical license or certification is a plus.
