Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications and CertificationsProven experience leading sales teams within the electrical, industrial, or power distribution industry.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience building customer and vendor relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
