Due to our continued growth and success, we are excited to expand our team! We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager qualified in electrical systems to join our Electrical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates, coordinate work, and resolve issues.
  • Monitor bid opportunities and be responsible for customer relationship management.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
  • Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
  • Visit proposed job sites.
  • Attend pre-bid and job site meetings.
  • Understand and apply Overhead and General Conditions recovery to support the work.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager.
  • Commercial Construction experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in most estimating, management, and scheduling software: Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, Conest as well as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate with a wide spectrum of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 yearsโ€™ experience in Project Management and Estimating in electrical construction.
  • Active industry specific certification.
