This position will be in Huntsville, AL. Position Overview: As an Electrical Engineer you will support the GMD Weapon System (GWS) Hardware Engineering team's design efforts working within an Agile environment. Your core tasks will entail developing and maintaining Electrical drawings for multiple Ground Systems (GS) IPT hardware systems and their interfaces with facilities.

Under the direction of your program leadership, responsibilities include developing rack/system level drawings, maintaining drawings PLM system. Accountability and active participation in team meetings and internal/external demos, and documenting progress on team dashboards is expected. 2 years of recent professional experience using a CAD Package such as Visio, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO, Siemens Capital Suites (Logic/Harness), or NX to develop technical drawings Experience in two or more of the following areas: electrical/power system design, network communication system design, cable harness fabrication design, and perform electrical load analysis. Understanding and application of industry and company electrical engineering technical standards and procedures; demonstrated electrical component design experience and impact assessment / trade studies development. Prior experience with engineering PLM systems such as Teamcenter and MRP system such as SAP.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
