Shift: 12 hour rotating/swing shifts

Role Description

Process Maintenance Operator is responsible for the periodic and breakdown electrical & mechanical maintenance of the all the equipment in complete facility. Initiate periodic maintenance work. Strong technical knowledge to address breakdown maintenance. Precise calibration of instruments. Execute all Preventive maintenance. Completion of all necessary checklists and logs.

  • Apply safety regulations in the work area
  • Apply 5S conditions in the work area
  • Assist Engineer in breakdown troubleshooting
  • Support internal or external teams in the installation of new machines, equipment
  • Execute all the PM and Lubrication work orders
  • Assist Engineer in improvement activities
  • Participate in preparation of preventive maintenance schedule & condition monitoring plan
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of machines & it's components as per plan
  • Conduct conditioning monitoring of equipment as per plan
  • Analyze losses to identify root cause & implement CAPA
  • Maintain records of machine maintenance & shutdown as per system procedure
  • Participate / Attend all breakdowns and shutdowns
  • Other duties as assigned

Education
High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical maintenance or equivalent education preferred

Industry Experience:
At least two years of experience of manufacturing maintenance.
