Clariant is actively and urgently hiring a Maintenance & Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team at the PPCAT Plant in Louisville, KY. We welcome qualified technicians with varying levels of industrial maintenance experience who are ready to contribute immediately by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role supports critical plant operations and offers opportunities to further develop technical skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced setting. The position follows a Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm schedule, no weekends! Clariant offers competitive hourly pay aligned with experience, a performance-based increase after six months, 5% quartlery bonus, paid time off, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after four months. Technicians with relevant industrial maintenance and electrical experience are encouraged to apply!
