Job description

We're looking for a Laborer who will support field crews on industrial and power generation projects by assisting with installation, maintenance, repair, and general labor activities related to electrical infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in physically demanding industrial environments alongside skilled trades teams.
What You'll Do:
  • Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment on the job site
  • Maintain a clean and safe work areas while following all company and client safety procedures
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist during outages, shutdowns, and emergency repair projects as needed

The Experience We're Looking For:
  • Previous construction, industrial, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to work safely in industrial or outdoor environments
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting heavy materials
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and outage schedules as needed
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Must be able to pass background checks, drug screenings, and any required site-specific training
  • Ability to work in varying weather and industrial conditions while wearing required PPE
  • Valid driver's license
