Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer / Specialist

Location: Geismar, LA (Full relocation assistance provided)

This is an opportunity for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement, and taking ownership of critical plant systems.

In this onsite role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for electrical and instrumentation equipment, partnering with operations and maintenance teams to improve reliability and minimize downtime. You'll lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA), develop practical longโ€‘term solutions, and support commissioning activities focused on plant improvements rather than capital project execution.

  • Experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert for plant electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Commissioning experience supporting operational and reliability improvements.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is welcomed.
