  • Commissioning and start-up of equipment
  • Perform emergency troubleshooting of power distribution systems
  • Performhighly complexservice upgrades, reconditioning, retrofits, etc. for its low-voltage power distribution products and systems
  • Provideexpert advice, training, and technicalassistanceto support staff and train newer employees. Experienced at performing mechanical maintenance,overhauland reassembly of medium and low voltage circuit breakers
  • Experienced atutilizingelectrical test sets to perform tests such as AC and DC High Potential testing, Transformer Turns Ratio testing, Power Factor testing, primary current injection, resistance testing, thermal scans on medium and low voltage electrical systems
  • Familiar with the Arc Flash and Shock Hazards and able to work safely in low, medium, and high voltage substations


To trulymasterthis role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of commissioning experience
  • Technology Diploma, or Journeyman certificate, or NCCER certification (or equivalent), or NETA certified
  • Contractor licenses are anadditionalplus.
  • The ability to read andcomprehendwritten materials, drawings, and instructions
  • Experience with Hexagon Smart Completions Software
  • Proficiencyin preparing detailed technical reports
  • Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • An unwavering commitment tomaintainingconfidentiality
  • A sharp eye for detail
  • A valid driver's license
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • A willingness to travel
  • Relevant certifications in First Aid/CPR, H2S Awareness, Defensive Driving, OSHA 10, Fall Protection, and Aerial Lift / Elevated Work Platform
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering, design, and construction processes are desirable
